    Moving Forward: 15 Affirmations (as featured on ThinkUp app)

    Throughout the years I have compiled favorite quotes, poems and other sources of inspiration to help my clients.  Using bits and pieces of these ideas, I have designed affirmations to help those of us who are going through change or loss. We need to let go and recharge, then get unstuck and move forward with our lives. In the process, we become stronger and more resilient. 

     

    My Recommended Affirmations:

     

    1. I allow myself to take a complete rest so I can recharge.

    2. I set standards for myself and make healthy choices.

    3. I let go and move forward.  Like a leaf falling from a tree, I let go.

    4. Hope propels my positive thoughts and actions. Each day, the stars are aligning for my future.

    5. I persevere and triumph. The only way out is through.

    6. When I face my fears, I am brave.

    7. My life is driven by purpose. Each day, I find something to do, something to love, and something to hope for.

    8. I learn from my experiences, and trust that the dots will connect in my future. 

    9. I drive out negativity with love, and life loves me back.

    10. I know my worth. No one can take it away from me.

    11. I take good care of myself so I can be there for others.

    12. I set my priorities and make time for things that matter.

    13. I stand strong against the storms of life. And still, like air, I rise.

    14. I expand my horizons and explore new activities and interests.

    15. I draw on my reserves of strength. Long after I think I can’t, I keep going.
